Tall Oaks Bath Renovation
Located in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania, the Tall Oaks Bath Renovation was guided by the character of the region and the enduring quality of traditional materials. Our clients were seeking a serene space to begin and end their day. The setting of their home became our inspiration for the bathroom; pulling from the area's scenic landscape and many details of the historic homes in the area.
The result is a primary bathroom renovation that honors the history and landscape of the area while offering a timeless foundation for modern living.
Primary Bath
The primary bath layers classic materials and thoughtful detailing to create a space that feels both refined and functional. Marble countertops and wall tile introduce natural movement and texture, while custom painted cabinetry provides warmth and storage. Unlacquered brass plumbing fixtures and hardware were selected to develop a natural patina over time, adding depth and character with age. Vertical tongue-and-groove millwork references the home's traditional architecture, while a freestanding soaking tub, vintage-inspired fittings, and soft neutral finishes contribute to the room's understated elegance.
